Call of Duty Black Ops Zombie Maps

The first map is called Kino Der Toten, this map is in a old abandoned German theater. There is one thing that makes this map pretty cool and its getting the power turned on this gives you so much freedom in the map because when you first start the game you start off with a pistol as always but the only other options are a double barrel shotgun which gets the job done but is not the most desirable weapon for when things get real physical, The other option in the first room is the m14 which is pretty much the worst gun in the game. You may be able to survive 7-8 rounds of zombies in the first room but the key to making it above and beyond in that game is to unlock doors find new and exciting guns, turn the power on and most importantly survive the DOGS!

the next map in the zombies mode is called five which takes place in the pentagon this map becomes available after you complete the single player campaign. this map is much more difficult than Kino Der Toten because this map is close quarters and everything requires a lot of points. the key to surviving this map is to get good guns, get to the pack a punch which is an upgrade system that makes your guns do more damage and kill lots of zombies. The one thing that is really bad about this map is one person called tech he is a guy that comes after you turn on the power if he hits you he automatically takes the weapon that you have up, the easiest way to kill this guy is to aim for the head and don't stop running.

Infinity Ward Gone?

A lot of people know this but I'll say it anyways, the Call of Duty creators have 2 sections of the company, Treyarch and Infinity Ward. The 2 sections alternate making each game. Trayarch made Cal of Duty: 1,3,World at War, and Black Ops. Infinity Ward made Call of Duty: 2, Modern Warfare, and Modern Warfare 2. In my personal opinion, Infinity ward is way better than Treyarch, and thats why this news is painful to me. Infinity Wards head people, Jason West and Vince Zampella, made accusations that they did not recieve all the royalties from Modern Warfare 2, they were both fired. A total of 28 emplooyees are now gone, and thats a blow that Infinity probably won't come back from

Single player campaign mode
This campaign is dedicated to the soldiers on the ground and in the air in Afganastan. With the game play ranging from stealthy sniping to carrying a full out arsenal out onto the battle field, you will notice that the game play will change as you play throughout the game. Some of the missions on this game will require a itchy trigger finger others will require patience and stealthyness and a good eye for specific things. You control the Tier1 operations as the handle certain missions that the general army cannot, but in order to beat those difficult missions you will have to join forces and fight as one.

Tier1 mode
While the extra challenge of adding leader boards, slow health regeneration, limited ammo and timed runs through the levels of the single player campaign is a cool element to add replay ability, something about turning the campaign into an arcade experience takes away from the reverence and realism found in the main story.

When you're rushing through a level taking risky melee shots and trying to head shot people as quickly as possible, it loses its realism. And with every enemy popping up in exactly the same place, it turns into an experiment in memorization and luck. You still have to witness story segments in this mode, but all you can think of during those moments are your times on the clock and when they'll stop talking.

The mode is indeed difficult, as your health doesn't regenerate as fast and you are no longer able to ask for ammunition from your AI counterparts. It only takes a few shots to bring you down and it's a matter of figuring out how to save the most time, as a head shot will subtract several seconds from the timer as well as melee kills and kill streaks.

Multi-player mode
This mode comes with eight different maps and four different game modes not including hardcore mode. You play against your friends and earn higher ranks as go on through the multi-player mode. When starting a new multi-player mode it will ask you what class you would like to use, you can be a sniper, a rifleman, or a special ops. When you chose one of these classes you will be given the option to customize you class, by adding weapons you want if their available, what special equipment you want such as , grenades, flash bangs, smoke grenades or combat knife. You can also choose what camouflage pattern you want on your guys clothes, and you can choose what special attachments you want on your weapons, or you can just not have any on your weapons. The more stuff you want unlock you will have to go up in rank to unlock new and better gear. You can earn medals and ribbons for achieving a certain number of kills or being useful to your team, these will help your match score go up to help you go up in rank there is a total thirty medals and ribbons in each match you play and you can earn the same one over and over again as long as not in the same match. Same as modern warfare there are still kill streaks but you do not get choose which ones you get they are all ready programmed into the match this is done to level the playing field of competition.

Fallout: New Vegas first impressions

When I started my game I was eased into the mood of the game by a pretty cool video in which a veteran NCR ranger is guarding the New Vegas strip (something I haven’t seen in the game yet and I’m at the last storyline mission) but that’s beside the point. Before I get into it I have to say that, while I think it deserves game of the year, its less of a whole new game compared to Fallout 3 and more of a GIANT add-on. I’m very confident in saying that if you didn’t like Fallout 3, you will not like this game at all. So back to my story. At the end of the video I’m staring down the barrel of 9mm pistol wielded by a checkered coat wearing guy accompanied by some thugs when he pulls the trigger. I wake up to some old guy who says he nursed me back to health by him after I was pulled out of the grave by a robot named Victor. I walk around the town and find the mission that’s basically the tutorial and continue the 4 or 5 missions in the town. Every night I was tempted by the bright lights shining out of New Vegas which seemed just down the road but everyone in the town told me that the road was covered in monsters but I ignored them and went anyways. I soon learned that they weren’t lying when I died almost immediately. I knew then that I would have to wait a little while to experience the New Vegas strip, which is great by the way.

What I Think of Fallout New Vegas So Far

What I think about the brand new Fallout New Vegas. So far this game was well worth the 65 bucks. I just got it yesterday and I stayed up until 5:00 playing this game and realized I had school in 2 hours. In the game I have completed only 1 quest but have gained alot of experience, because the main thing I did was run around and kill Geckos, and Powder Gangers. As of right now I have just entered the city of Primm and got the orders from general Hayes to infiltrate the convict side of Primm and get back one of the hostages out their. I plan on putting more of what I have done in the game and what I think about it.

Fallout: New Vegas Trailer - E3 2010

Check out this trailer E3 2010 it just a little sneak peak of what to come from the new Fallout New Vegas.

Fallout: New Vegas pre-order bonuses

A lot of sites, such as GameStop, Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart and Steam, are offering in-game bonuses for pre-ordering Fallout: New Vegas from their site, but they"re all offering different ones, so i made a list of all them. The first one is Gamestop, which i ordered mine from. They are offering the classic pack, which includes the Armored Vault 13 Suit which is extensively patched up and dotted with piecemeal armor, this outfit is a homage to the classic ending of the original Fallout, the Vault 13 Canteen and this handy device is useful for staving off dehydration and providing a small amount of healing in the Mojave Wasteland, the Weathered 10mm Pistol which is a well-worn 10mm pistol that packs an extra punch despite its modest size, and 5 Stimpaks; food and water are good for long-term healing, but when the fighting is fierce, Stimpaks help keep Wastelanders upright. The next site is Amazon. They're offering The Tribal Pack which includes Tribal Raiding Armor - Pieced together from scraps of armor, this outfit provides protection without impacting mobility. Broad Machete - This heavy-bladed melee weapon does high damage against limbs and can quickly deal out a flurry of attacks. 5 Bleak Venom doses - Useful on any Melee Weapon, Bleak Venom makes short of work of most living targets. 10 Throwing Spears - If you would like to silently pin an enemy's head to a wall, Throwing Spears are the way to do it. Another site is Wal-mart who's offering the same thing as Steam which is the Caravan Pack. The Caravan Pack includes Lightweight Leather Armor - This hand-modified suit of leather armor reduces its overall weight without impacting its ability to protect. Sturdy Caravan Shotgun - Despite its rough appearance, this Caravan Shotgun will reliably fire 20 gauge shells until the Brahmin come home. 4 Repair Kits - Useful for repairing any outfit or weapon, Repair Kits are a valuable tool for any caravaner. Binoculars – The Mojave Wasteland is a dangerous place, but with these trusty Binoculars you’ll be able to spot trouble coming. The last site offering a pre-order bonus is Best Buy who's offering the Mercenary Pack which includes Lightweight Metal Armor - Modified for long-range travel, this Metal Armor sacrifices some protection for mobility and overall weight. Mercenary’s Grenade Rifle - Though similar to other 40mm Grenade Rifles in the Mojave Wasteland, this model has a faster reload cycle. 3 Super Stimpaks - When you absolutely, positively, need to keep your blood inside your body, Super Stimpaks fix you up in no time. 3 Doctors Bags - Mercenaries and broken limbs go together like Iguana-on-a-Stick and Nuka Cola. Thankfully, these Doctors Bags take

MLB 2K10

SOME OF THE GOOD THINGS ABOUT MLB 2K11

  • The ballparks are modeled very well. Their has been a lot of touches and details added to make you feel like your right in the ballpark.

  • The game play is pretty realistic but you have got to remember it is a video game not real life so its going to look kinda of animated. As far as playing the game everything looks and feels the same as the real thing.

  • the player modeling is fantastic most of the players look exactly like they do in real life except its a little more animated. I wish that 2K would update some of them as far as the rookies not having a picture or statistics.

  • the commentary is pretty good its about the same as any other sports game ever made. The only thing I think kinda sucks about announcing is that they got rid a great baseball player in his day and a awesome announcer Jon Miller.

  • The my player mode is pretty good as long as your a pitcher if not its just like watching another player on a screen, but you can make them look pretty close to what you want them to and if your making one and actually trying to make him good it will take a few ours to get that perfect balance of ability, and awareness.

  • The players in this game are being watched in the game as far as like going to the world series or making the all star team. Like if a certain player is in a slump their pay might get knocked down a couple thousand or might get benched for a game. Or they could get paid more for being the top hitting prospect in baseball r could get other teams to make you offers to go to there team.

  • The hitting and pitching is really fun once you get used to it. Since this is most of the bulk of the game is the game play. It is really fun but it takes practice to get proficient at both hitting and pitching.

  • The sound affects in the stadium are cool. You get to hear some of the people's funny comments on how a player sucks or how there good.

Some of the bad things not to look forward to

  • I have seen an outfielder miss a pop-up or miss judge a ball, but I have never seen a infielder miss a ground ball until now. They just added some bad bounces so you get to see those errors that you used to never see

  • The base runing is still horrible the only control you have over the base runner is make him steal, go back and fourth between the bases you can not make him slow down or speed up but i wish you could.

Fallout: New Vegas – Easter Eggs, Secrets and Speed Runs - PC Feature at IGN

Check out this IGN conversation with a Fallout: New Vegas game creater
Fallout: New Vegas – Easter Eggs, Secrets and Speed Runs - PC Feature at IGN

NBA 2K11

The new NBA 2K11 is finally here and its different then all the other basketball game. Why you ask? because it has none other than Michal Jordan. The game will probably be no different than any other basketball games but seeing MJ in the game and on the front cover makes it all worth it. The game has some new features but nothing to fancy it has some training drills for perfecting those tricky layups, dunks and three pointers. The free throw setup is a little different than any other NBA game, in the older games you would have to lineup the player and time the shot with the reticule. Now you have to no the players shooting ability and their motion to shoot the ball in the hoop every time for those clutch points in a tight ball game. One of the new features in the game is called blacktop mode it takes place in a city basketball court with the black top, there is a slam dunk contest, 3-point shoot out, one on one, and a game of 21.Until 2K12 or if they decide to make another because topping this one would be almost impossible, or they could be waiting for the Mayans prediction on the world ending because every one knows that's what it will take for people to stop playing this game.

Rock Band 3 E3 2010 Debut Trailer

What to look foward to in Rock Band 3

One of the things in Rock Band 3 that I am most excited about is the keyboard. The keyboard has 25 velocity sensitive keys that can detect the exact pressure and speed of each press. Another awesome aspect of the game is the Fender Mustang Pro Guitar Controller. Other than being made by Fender, another great aspect of the guitar is that instead of being a switch that you hit repeatedly like in previous musical games, you have a six string guitar. An improvement has been made to almost the entire microphone system, most notably am improvement that allows the microphone to be more sensitive and detect a bigger range. The cymbals addition on the drums is another big improvement but a more interesting fact is that you have the ability to add another base pedal, just like a real drum set. It's probably the closest you can get to playing the drums in a video game.

    Halo: Reach Review

My Whole life I've played the Halo series and when I heard about the newest Halo game that everyone was calling "The Most Anticipated Game Ever", I had to pre-order it. The day it was delivered I put it in my 360 as fast as I could and the pre-menu video had me even more excited. One of the first features I tried out was the armor customization. I was astonished by the seemingly endless options of helmets, chestpeices, shoulderpeices, other accessories, and other special appearance options. The different options can be purchased by in-game credits that can be obtained by playing any game mode and most of the armor options can't even be bought until you reach a certain rank. Once I decided what to save up for, I dove into campaign mode. The campaign's opening video isn't that good but in it I saw that the character I'm playing as is the same spartan I had just spent 10 minutes customizing, which made me even more excited for the game. After playing the campaign for an hour or two, and frankly getting kind of bored, I had to try out the famous Forge World, an aspect that I could fairly say I was most looking forward to. After checking all the new objects that you can spawn (and the ones you can't) I moved on to something I couldn't do in Halo 3, build a replica of my house. The only thing that held me back in Halo 3 was the fact that I couldn't put objects through other ones and one of the things i heard first about Reach was the option to make objects phased. Phased means that the object does not interact with the other objects. So one could put walls through other walls, and for me, I could put a ceiling on the bottom floor of my house. Only one more thing stood in the way and that was that there is not a single flat area in Forge World except for an area that was hundreds of feet above the ground so I had to compromise and make my house floating a few feet off the ground. It was around then that I realized that the forge system was really the same as the system in Halo 3. After those disappointments I started to lose some of the faith I had in the game. The next game mode I tried was multiplayer online and, big surprise, its exactly the same. After almost all my hope left in this game was gone, I tried the last game mode left, Firefight. I tried it out and, who knew, its exactly the same. In conclusion, Halo: Reach is a great game, but if your like me and your expecting all the hype to be true and imagined it being a revolutionary awesome game, you will be let down. It's good, but not $60.00 good.

What to look foward to in Call Of Duty: Black Ops

In the new Call Of Duty:Black Ops their is still a campaign mode for those who just like to play the story line. Their is still the multiplayer mode for people who like to play the game with other, but their are a couple new features in the multiplayer mode. Such as the old Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 you had to level up to unlock new weapons, titles, and emblems. It is still the same in the leveling up to show your rank, but now instead of having to earn things by leveling up you now earn these things called COD points which are points you earn to unlock new weapons and equipment. You can't just your COD point to buy anything you want you have to unlock everything in order for inference if you buy the gun then you have to earn more COD points to buy the next thing that you are able to buy for that gun. Their is a also anew mode called One in The Chamber mode. This mode does not matter what kind of gun you have the only thing that matters is how good you are, in this mode they supply you with only one bullet and play against people on live or offline you get one shot at the person if you hit them they are dead their are no wounding other people, but you better make that one shot count because that's the only one you get unless you hit the person than it automatically supplies you with a new one. You get three lives once you die all three times you will become a spectator. So get ready for November 9Th,2010 and get your own copy of Call of Duty:Black Ops.
